G&R has an excellent reputation in doing business in a timely, courteous, safe and professional manner. The cost for our demolition work is reasonable with the primary emphasis on recycling all materials from the building. All requested estimates are at no cost and a down payment of 50% will initiate and schedule demolition, with the balance being due upon completion and customer satisfaction. All demolition areas will be backfilled per the customer's wishes with either clean fill or specified stone. At the customer's request, G&R uses controlled lifts with vibratory roller to perform backfilling of areas where structures used to stand.
