G&R's specialty is the recycling of homes from the wood frame down to the floor structure and below. Our huge warehouse holds all the treasures from homes and buildings we've recycled. In addition our large wood yard with all sizes of barn and stud timbers are available at substantial discount prices. When one considers the cost of new materials, the use of recycled materials makes good economic sense, not to mention the waste factor in today's building trades. We strive to recycle every conceivable element in our demolition methodology.
Also, if you have sentimental ties to a family home and can't bear to tear it down or sell it, then recycle it. You'll have a good feeling knowing that your home was put to good use and lives on, similar to organ donation!
Additionally, should you find that perfect piece of property at the right location for your dream home, but an unattractive structure stands in the way, G&R can help make the location suitable. We will recycle the existing structure and have your ground or foundation ready for the home of your dreams to be erected.
